Built in 1964 by the Alva Wilson Company, Springhurst Townehouses stands as one of Southern Nevada’s first condominium communities and among the earliest homeowners associations in the state. Designed by architect J. Richard Shelley, A.I.A., with interiors by Ruth Mauk, N.S.I.D., the 45 mid-century modern townehouses embody timeless design and community living.
